Me he encontrado en día pasados asistiendo a la sucursal, me presenté el martes 14 de septiembre a las 10 de la mañana para que su respuesta fuera "no podemos atenderte preséntate el viernes temprano", me presenté el día viernes y me dieron la misma indicación pero que ahora me presentará el día lunes ya presente me mencionan que no pueden realizar el trámite al que iba ya que no había sistema, bueno me presenté y para colmo me situaron el día de hoy, me presenté a la 1 por lo cual le pregunté al oficial en la entrada "donde me dormir para solicitar una tarjeta" a lo que el oficial me contesta "en esta fila en un momento se te atiende" en el transcurso de 1:30 ya que era el último en la fila me vuelve a preguntar "¿Qué trámite viene a realizar" le contesto nuevamente solicitar una tarjeta, su última respuesta fue "ya no te podemos atender" Y según el día de mañana tendré que presentarme para ver si me quieren atender. Si ya no quieren atender es mejor que lo digan así como tienen el valor de correr a mucha gente que tengan el valor de decir el no te atenderemos.
