★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a tramitar un billete de deposito. en sí, por los arcaicos sistemas del banco, es algo nada eficiente, uno, te dicen que tienes que dejar pasar al menos varias horas para que "pase la transferencia", segundo, lo tienen que confirmar por teléfono/correo electrónico, y si la persona que los verifica salió a comer o de plano no fue, ya te amolaste si traes prisa. A mi, en esta sucursal, me hicieron esperas horas!! para que al final me dijeran que el sistema de las transferencias había estado fuera de servicio y aún así me hicieron esperar sin decir nada...
I went to process a deposit ticket. In itself, due to the archaic systems of the bank, it is something that is not efficient, one, they tell you that you have to wait at least several hours for the transfer to "pass", second, they have to confirm it by phone/email, and if the person who verifies them went out to eat or didn't go at all, you're already upset if you're in a hurry. To me, in this branch, they made me wait for hours!! so that in the end they told me that the transfer system had been out of service and still made me wait without saying anything...
