★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es pésimo... parece broma que sea un banco y más que dé servicios... engañan a las personas... afuerza les detienen el dinero... no los dejan que lo retiren... nos hacen perder mucho tiempo... y lo grave es que no te sueltan el dinero... te dan una tarjeta por la que vas a pagar comisión y lo realmente lamentable es que te secuestran tu dinero porque es prácticamente imposible activar la tarjeta... yo tengo un mes llamando hasta 5 veces diarias y hasta ahora no he podido activar la tarjeta... eso me pasa a mí que tengo estudios... imaginen qué no hacen con las personas de comunidades... aquí debería estar CONDUSEFI

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no merece ni una estrella el servicio es demasiado lento en cada operación se lleva al rededor de una hora, hay dos cajas y solo está en servicio una, a demás de que no toman en tiempo en el que van llegando las personas ya llevo aquí mad fe dos horas y aún no han logrado atenderme a temas de que no atienden su serrvidor de quejas y sugerencias.
La verdad no recomiendo el baco para nada al menos no en este sucursal. Ya que el servicio es muy ineficiente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio muy, pero muy lento. Estuve formado por cerca de 20 minutos y las cajeras y personal que parecia ser de gerencia solamente estaban comadreando. Se empezo a hacer la fila mas larga y el personal seguia comadreando con un grupo de Personas que al parecer eran clientes frecuentes. Solamente hay dos cajas, lo cual no seria problema si se ocuparan para atender al cliente lo mas rapido posible.
Very very slow service. I was in line for about 20 minutes and the cashiers and staff that seemed to be from management were just gossiping. The line began to get longer and the staff continued to gossip with a group of people who apparently were frequent customers. There are only two boxes, which would not be a problem if they were used to serve the customer as quickly as possible.
