★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porquería de lugar llevo 5 días viniendo sin sistema, llego ya hay sistema pero salen a comer de 1:30 a 3:00 pm y dejan esperando a las personas ahí sentadas hasta que acaban de comer todos al mismo tiempo, nunca pensé q un banco pudiera tener tan pésimo servicio.
Trash of place I have been coming without a system for 5 days, there is already a system but they go out to eat from 1:30 to 3:00 pm and they leave waiting for the people sitting there until they have just eaten all at the same time, I never thought that a bank I could have such a bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cómo todos los bansefis el servicio es muy lento y desagradable, largas filas, gente de escasos recursos abarrotan el lugar cuando toca cobro de los apoyos sociales del gobierno. Los métodos de verificación de identidad de los cuentahabientes de sucursales de otros estados de la República tardan entre 20 y 40 minutos, esto nunca antes visto solamente sucede aquí, en este hermoso y eficiente banco.
Like all the bansefis, the service is very slow and unpleasant, long lines, people with limited resources crowd the place when it comes to collecting social support from the government. The identity verification methods of the account holders of branches in other states of the Republic take between 20 and 40 minutes, this never seen before only happens here, in this beautiful and efficient bank.
