D	Daniela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente. Me realicé un estudio y me dieron el ticket con la hora en la que podía recoger el estudio. Estuve esperándolo durante casi dos horas. Entiendo que tienen muchos pacientes, pero si dan una hora estimada de recogida, al menos deberían cumplirla o calcular bien el horario, sobre todo para evitar la acumulación de personas ya que el area de espera es muy reducido. Y además la recepcionista no es nada amable. Terrible customer service. I did a study and they gave me the ticket with the time at which I could pick up the study. I understand that they have many patients, but if they give an estimated pick-up time, they should at least comply with it or calculate the schedule well, especially to avoid the accumulation of people since the waiting area is very small. El tiempo de espera para los procedimientos es razonable y para ello cuentan con diversas cómodas salas de espera. No recuerdo haber visto elevador para las áreas de mastografias, para este estudio cuentan con la más nueva tecnología la cual reduce al 50% la radiación a diferencia de una mastografia 2D. Completamente recomendado. Su estacionamiento es algo pequeño y suele llevarse pero cuentan con un plus q es el valet parking. Excellent attention, very attentive and respectful attendees. The waiting time for the procedures is reasonable and for this they have several comfortable waiting rooms. I do not remember seeing an elevator for the areas of mastography, for this study they have the newest technology which reduces radiation to 50% as opposed to a 2D mastography. Fully recommended. Felicidades a todo el personal. Llegó el día de hoy, aquí estoy en el local y me indica la señorita que entre 6 y 7 les pasan resultados. Que informalidad!!! Me tocó ver otras 3 pacientes que se retiraron sin resultados porque no estaban. Por favor pongan atención a este punto. Gracias . Y perdió una cita hoy con el Angiologo por no tener los resultados. A las 6:15 me avisan que no hay interpretación de estudios porque el doctor tuvo un inconveniente. No me entregaron resultados? que el miércoles en el transcurso del día.
