Barpita – Israeli Street Food - Barpita.mx

Don’t think twice just drop everything you’re doing and come here for a meal. The staff was incredibly helpful in explaining the menu and the flavors were bright, authentic, and just incredible. We got the vegan and arais pitas and the green beans and everything was fresh and tasty. Bummed we discovered this on our last day in CDMX but will def be back and recommend to all our friends

This is a go to when in or near Condesa Mexico City. It’s Israeli street food and very simple menu. We had the Pita Camarón, Arias, Colifrlor Con Tjina, Ejotes. The Pita Camarón was in a soft pita with a flavorful garlic mayo and nice plump shrimp. The Arias was the star though… a ground beef fill pita fried in lamb fat that is rich and satisfying and comes with a tomato salad that adds the fresh taste to take you to a happy place. Next, the califrlor is roasted with some almonds and just add some of the yellow curry sauce and you winder how you were able to live so long without having it before! The ejotes are a bright lemon salty treat to cut through the richness if the dishes.

My Spanish is weak so when the man working here came out and explained the entire menu to me in English, I was very appreciative! And the food was so good and such a good price especially for Condesa. The snitzel pita was my favorite and the aba ( I think it’s called) sauce. The owner Adi chatted with us for a while and it was super lovely. You should eat here!

One of my absolute favorite places in the city! The best food (plenty VEGAN options, which I love) and the best company! It is a spot where you can easily meet people, if you're up for it, while enjoying a refreshing Schorle or a Coronita. The owner Avidan goes out of his way to explain all the dishes to you and is extremely welcoming and nice! Recommend 100%

One of the most delicious things I ate during my stay in CDMX! I had a falafel pitta and it was delicious. The bread was soft, the ingredients were fresh, the falafel was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, and the sauce was distributed perfectly! I used to live in the middle east and was really craving something like this, it really hit the spot! The people there were friendly and helpful too ☺️.

You need to visit this gem in ROMA! We sampled a couple of sides- green beans with spices and a cauliflower dish smothered in delicious tahini. My boyfriend and I each got a pita too, my vegetarian pita with eggplant, egg, pink hummus, pickles and amazing salsas was incredible. The owner was helpful and friendly too! Try it!
