★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los empleados son realmente nefastos y flojos, siempre están con sus jetas porque tienen que atender al cliente. Desconozco si hay gerente lo cual resulta más de lo mismo porque no se nota el servicio al cliente ni la evaluación del desempeño del personal. Sería muy bueno que les quitaran el celular mientras laboran para que se pongan a hacer lo que deben "atender a la gente" y a acomodar la mercancía que ya que el cliente tiene que andar moviendo cajas para encontrar lo que necesita. Los productos están a buen precio, lástima que los empleados desprestigian estos negocios.
The employees are really nefarious and lazy, they are always with their bosses because they have to serve the customer. I do not know if there is a manager which is more of the same because you do not notice the customer service or the evaluation of the performance of the staff. It would be very good if they took away their cell phone while they work so that they can start doing what they should "attend to the people" and to accommodate the merchandise that the client has to go around moving boxes to find what they need. The products are at a good price, a pity that the employees discredit these businesses.
