★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo vengo de un lugar donde la barbacoa se prepara de diferente modo al de Oaxaca y la verdad es que no he encontrado una que me guste, aquí la condimentan demasiado al grado de que la carne pierde su sabor natural lo mismo que el consomé que al elaborarlo con las vísceras más sabe a menudo o mondongo como lo llaman aquí que a borrego.
