★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy rica la barbacoa, pero sobre todo me encanta el consomé. Estilo la 1 (m.a.camacho, puebla) en donde el original, padre, le llama la barbacoa más rica del mundo ?. El hijo ha sabido mantener ese sabor auténtico de la barbacoa poblana. Lo recomiendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La barbacoa está muy rica, si llegas temprano puedes probarla con todo su sabor. En el caso del mixiote está riquísimo y vale bastante la pena, estos si los recomiendo. Los caldos están de regular a buenos. Falta que el local esté más ordenado y limpio
