La pancita roja está muy bien, la pancita verde le falta un poco de sabor pero igual está bien. La atención de los empleados fue un tanto mala, te hablan de forma déspota. Por lo que le doy tres estrellas es por el consomé, le faltó sabor y consistencia y lo peor de todo únicamente tenía garbanzos, el clásico consomé debe contener más verdura. Por otro lado a las salsas les faltó mucho sabor y picor. The taste, smell, color and term of the barbecue is fine. The red belly is very good, the green belly lacks a bit of flavor but it is still good. The attention of the employees was a bit bad, they speak to you in a despotic way. For what I give three stars is for the consommé, it lacked flavor and consistency and worst of all it only had chickpeas, the classic consommé must contain more vegetables. On the other hand, the sauces lacked much flavor and heat.

En cuanto a este restaurante, déjenme decirles que la quesadilla de chicharrón prensado está súper rica pero pesadísima, muy grasosa. No es una mala crítica, para nada, solo que nunca había probado una quesadilla de chicharrón prensado que me empalagara tan pronto. Incluso la persona con la que fui a comer sintió en el estómago, de forma casi inmediata, los estragos de la grasa ? Claro que es un lugar recomendable! (Aunque las salsas no picaaan ?). I had never tried Hidalgo barbecue and it definitely does not taste like typical barbecue. It feels more rustic, more authentic. Definitely very rich. As for this restaurant, let me tell you that the pressed pork rind quesadilla is super rich but very heavy, very fatty. It's not a bad review at all, just that I've never had a pressed pork rind quesadilla that got me cloying so soon.
