Tal y como debe ser preparada la carne y sobre todo el consome (a mi gusta con bastante garbanzo)
Preparada al horno y con pencas de maguey lo k le da un excelente sabor
Y segun el gusto puede acompañar su comida con cafe de olla. Un Refresco. Cerveza o un mezcal
