★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a place to have a good 'Barbacoa' with freshly made 'tortillas' and a hot 'Café de olla' near Queretaro, this is the place. Don't expect a fancy place, but do expect plenty of food. The only inconvinient is the location, you need a car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very constant quality in service and food flavor. One of the most traditional lamb barbecue places in Queretaro City. Lamb is cooked in an underground oven heated with firewood. Hot sauces are also delicious.

For year I been going to my old favorite place, I am not really fan of eat beside the highway when is bunch of restaurants together
I am glad I came to the place the Barbacoa is the very very best, very soft, not dry at all and has this smoke flavor that make it the best.
The tacos are overpriced is way better buy 1 kilo belive me you going to order more tacos that you think.
I try the menudo is not the best but is good.
The service is fast, friendly and efficient, the restaurant is clean and is enough space between tables to feel comfortable.
Definitely I will come back here every time I have to drive close by.
La mejor Barbacoa cerca de Querétaro, no duden en hacer una parada por este restaurante si están cerca del área.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met family for brunch here as it was recommended as better than the local one. Only difficulty was it being on the side of the busy road which can make it difficult to park and leave. Food was very good with generous portions. We had 2 tacos, a quesadilla con carne and consume each. One had the soup with the stomach. Each bowl was left empty and we left with full bellys. Plenty of salsa and limes provided. We also took out some consume and barbacoa to the grandparents who were very happy with it. Another nice feature is the restaurant is right beside Conins statue
