★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es tradición hidalguense, la atención y amabilidad los distinguen. Muy buen sabor, ambiente familiar. En particular me gusta la atención que prestan a los detalles como la cebolla picada finamente, las tortillas de masa azul que te están cambiando cuando están frías.
 The place is Hidalgo tradition, attention and kindness distinguish them. Very good taste, family atmosphere. I particularly like the attention they pay to details like the finely chopped onions, the blue dough tortillas that they are changing for you when they are cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De las mejores barbacoas en Hidalgo. Si no se quiere arriesgar a ir a algún puesto que no conoce, este lugar es calidad asegurada. Lo único que hay que cuidar es la temperatura de la carne (se enfría rápido) y llegar temprano.
One of the best barbecues in Hidalgo. If you don't want to risk going to a place you don't know, this place is quality assured. The only thing to watch out for is the temperature of the meat (it cools quickly) and arrive early.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La barbacoa más rica que he probado. Soy de Querétaro, entonces sólo conozco un par de lugares con barbacoa realmente buena, y pues en este lugar es donde me ha gustado más. Las 2 veces que he ido el lugar está lleno, tiene buena fama. Lo único malo es que los meseros andan muy ocupados y a veces les pides cosas y se les olvida llevarlas.
The richest barbecue I've ever tasted. I'm from Querétaro, so I only know a couple of places with really good barbecue, and this is where I liked it the most. The 2 times I've been the place is full, it has a good reputation. The only bad thing is that the waiters are very busy and sometimes you ask them for things and they forget to bring them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received a strong recommendation to visit this place, but what I found is that “Don Agus” or Mr. Agustín (the owner) just yell to his female employees. You have a bad experience when you try to eat your meal and this guy is just screaming the entire time, it’s really uncomfortable and annoying just listening, I feel sorry for the employees that receive harassment every single day...
