Muy rico, eso si hace mucho pero mucho frío y para alcanzar tienes que llegar mínimo a las 8, porque ya hay gente esperando, pero vale la pena. Si comes ahí tienes que apartar tu mesa y comprar todo por separado, hay tortillas hechas a mano, café de olla, atole, etc.

Very traditional mexican place, of the few surviving. It goes from the tradional "quesadillas" (tipical non-sweet corn tortilla filled with cheese and different types of stew), "tamales" ( non-sweet corn dough with chiken, beef or pork, steamed cooked), "atole" (non-sweet corn beverage with sweet addings), beer (of course); and the very best speciality "barbacoa de borrego" (lamb barbecue), cooked in a handmade ground oven for 1 day long, with native spices and orange juice. Price goes from piece getting in weith aprox. 1.5 - 3.5 kg each, $350.00 per kilo at date. U can get here from the "San Mateo Centro Ceremonial Otomi" exit in the Chamapa freeway.
