★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best barbacoa de borrego i have had so far. Everything traditionally made. Barbacoa cooked in the maguy leaves each night and served the next day. Natural flavor, salsa or sauce is only iceing on the cake, although fantastic. Hand made corn tortillas. Consome with Guanajuato garbanzo beans has amazing flavor. Very friendly family.
