La especialidad es la pancita blanca, la cual se acaba rápido, es buena, considero que bien dorada sabe buena. Lo demás es lo clásico, barbacoa por taco o por Kilo y consomé. Buenos precios y buena atención. Me parece buena opción y referente para comer barbacoa en Tulancingo.
