Lastima que la competencia desleal, la falta de conocimiento de lo q es la verdadera barbacoa ha llevado a un declive en el consumo y reclamo por parte de consumidores x cosas tan absurdas como comparar con una barbacoa citadina... O de horno convencional o de olla exprés!! Es triste ver como nuestra ciudad de México y área metropolitana ya no son lo q eran, ya no brindan un área de oportunidad, ya todo es globalizado y prefieren pagar miles de pesos por un desayuno desabrido de un lugar de moda, o por una "comida" rápida.... Tanto q después de 26 años de servicio y una venta buena los últimos 4 años Han ido en decadencia a una venta de solo el 20% ... Consumamos local, a nuestra gente, a nuestras raíces, a nuestra cocina, al horno de hoyo, a la cocina de penca!!! No se vayan a lo "comercial" q es FEO Y CARO!!! Es la mejor barbacoa que hay en México
