★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Increiblemente exquisita la barbacoa...el sabor es unico producto del metodo tradicional de elaboracion es decir cocinada en un hoyo "literalmente un agujero en la tierra" donde se forra con maguey y se deja cocinar toda la noche provocando la coccion lenta del borrego dandole in sabor inigualable...muy recomnedada donde ademas de comer se ingiere arte culinario...es sin lugar a dudas el mejor lugar para comer Barbacoa..su sabor es increible...el consome y la pancita de lo mejor que he paladeado...muy recomendado
The barbecue is incredibly exquisite ... the flavor is the only product of the traditional method of preparation, that is, cooked in a hole "literally a hole in the ground" where it is lined with maguey and left to cook all night causing the slow cooking of the lamb giving it in incomparable flavor ... highly recommended where in addition to eating culinary art is ingested ... it is undoubtedly the best place to eat barbecue ... its taste is incredible ... the consome and the belly of the best I have ever tasted ...highly recommended
