Comí birria y te dan tortillas azules, el sabor era bueno y no traía mucha grasa, la verdad el plato si te deja satisfecho si tienes hambre. Muy recomendable. Tratándose de u un lugar típico y que en la región imperan los embutidos tradicionales resulta que No había longaniza y tampoco chorizo al igual que Cecina adobada. Tampoco había chicharrón para Quesadillas y todo, bajo el argumento de "No nos ha llegado".. Comemos lo ordinario durante la semana y buscábamos lo típico de aquellos lugares y lo último que considere es el encontrarme con tantísimas anomalías y en un día típicamente de paseantes.
