Siguiendo la receta tradicional de la Barbacoa cocinada en horno de tabique, a fuego lento durante 10 horas, ahumada con madera de encino y cubierta con pencas de maguey.
Supervisamos la elaboración de todos nuestros productos desde la granja hasta la mesa del comensal, seleccionando todos los ingredientes de productores nacionales desde corderos de pastizal en Zacatecas hasta huertas de naranja en Veracruz.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena opción para barbacoa en la zona. Lo que probé estuvo muy rico, recomiendo los tacos con queso y los dorados. Vine en domingo 10 am y no estaba tan lleno, el servicio fue bueno y rápido. Los precios me parecieron bastante decentes. Recomiendo visitarlo.
 Very good option for barbecue in the area. What I tried was very tasty, I recommend the tacos with cheese and the dorados. I came on Sunday 10am and it wasn't that crowded, the service was good and fast. The prices seemed pretty decent to me. I recommend visiting it.

It was way too much for two people but everything was very tasty and different from other tacos we tried. Price are OK for the quality and quantity of the food. Big plus for the very good attention of the waiters.
