★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vamos a hablar de comida callejera, en este caso de barbacoa de borrego. Lugar muy propio del tipo restaurant carretero. Aquí puedes degustar su platillo principal que es la barbacoa de borrego, realizado en penca de maguey, al estilo tradicional del estado de México, cuentan con dos salsas una verde martajada y una borracha chipotle, sus tortillas son a mano, realizadas en el momento te presentan el platillo con cebolla y limones, adicionalmente puedes pedir quesadillas, pancita, aguacates, consomé y tacos, el costo está relacionado a que es un platillo elaborado en lenta cocción y de manera artesanal, así que su sabor es delicioso, el consomé tiene garbanzos que le da un sabor típico. Para mí gusto es un lugar excelente si lo que buscas es un platillo muy tradicional. La limpieza es buena pero siempre se puede mejorar.

For my taste it is an excellent place if what you are looking for is a very traditional dish. Cleanliness is good but can always be improved.
