★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui el domingo 8 de mayo del 2022, la atención es malísima. Me tardaron más de 1 hora para llevarme 3 tacos.
Ordené también 2 platos de menudo y 3 jugos, los cuales no tardaron tanto, pero nunca llegaron los tacos.
Tienen mucho personal incluyendo niños atendiendo mesas, pero los adultos son menos eficientes.
Cuentan con mucho personal, pero están desorganizados, incluso otras meseras acuden a decirte qué se te ofrece, pero jamás llegan los alimentos.
Generalmente sólo atienden una mesa en particular, dejando olvidados a otros clientes.
Se nota que le dan preferencia a los clientes que piden para llevar, pues ellos saben que los clientes que están comiendo en el lugar no se irán.
Y además el señor que prepara los tacos, siempre está estresado y enojado al preparar las órdenes. Después se ausenta y vuelve a hacer los tacos.
Ya que pedimos la cuenta, fue cuando ya nos quisieron llevar los tacos.
De hecho queríamos pedir para llevar, pero no lo hicimos, pues temíamos que nos tardaran otra hora.
También la mesera perdió la nota de nuestra orden.
El sabor de la barbacoa no es malo, pero el servicio sí.
Si quieren comer de esta barbacoa, pidan para llevar, así sí los atienden.
I went on Sunday May 8, 2022, the attention is terrible. It took me more than 1 hour to get me 3 tacos.
I also ordered 2 bowls of menudo and 3 juices, which didn't take that long, but the tacos never came.
They have a lot of staff including children waiting tables, but the adults are less efficient.
They have a lot of staff, but they are disorganized, even other waitresses come to tell you what is offered, but the food never arrives.
Generally they only serve a particular table, leaving other customers forgotten.
