Lasalsa roja para el.consome, que está delicioso, nada grasoso, se llevan muy bien.
La sasita verde, con los tacos, los cuales tienen un sabor exquisito, se acompañan de maravilla.
La pancita, con un sabor a hiervas y tan suave...
La costilla se deshace en el paladar.
Y la espaldilla solo con limón, esta delicioso.
