B	Bruno Salinas Ayala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difícilmente puede igualarse a detalle mucho de lo que tradicionalmente identificamos en la comida mexicana, sin embargo la concepción y la base tiene que ser lo más apegado a la realidad posible. Ojo, no hablo del sabor, este lugar y sos platillos tienen un sabor rico, para una buena cruda con el consomé y unos taquitos realmente sales del apuro. La calificación media se debe a las porciones que se sirven vs. el precio del platillo. Personalmente por un mixiote tradicional si pago los 95 pesos pero alcanzo a comer bien y sin problemas podría compartir. Por este precio apenas me dieron una pequeña porción de carne adobada envuelta en papel encerado, un poco dura (para ser mixiote) de la cual hice 3 tacos de tamaño decente, el consomé (aunque de buen sabor) apenas sobrepasó la mitad de un tazón. Considero y recomiendo que la gente de este lugar o mejore sus porciones o considere los precios el cual venden, su producto no es malo (repito) sin embargo en caso de que tuviesen competencia con barbacoa hecha a tradición o un verdadero mixiote de carnero, este lugar comenzaría a sufrir las consecuencias en su volumen de comensales. Be careful, I'm not talking about the flavor, this place and its dishes have a rich flavor, for a good hangover with the consommé and some taquitos you really get out of trouble. The average rating is due to the servings served vs. the price of the dish. Personally, for a traditional mixiote if I pay 95 pesos but I manage to eat well and I could share without problems. For this price they barely gave me a small portion of marinated meat wrapped in wax paper, a bit tough (to be a mixiote) from which I made 3 decent sized tacos, the consommé (although it tastes good) barely exceeded half a bowl .
