El servicio es rápido y amable, los años de experiencia se ven reflejados en la sistematización de los complementos que acompañan las ordenes, ya que están listos para entregar a los comensales.
El consomé podría ser mejorado con el simple hecho de no rebajarlo con tanta agua.
The lamb is served in its exact point -it melts in your fingers-, very well seasoned, the ribs is undoubtedly a great option and the belly is not far behind; the tortillas are handmade, the green and red sauces complement each bite.
The service is fast and friendly, the years of experience are reflected in the systematization of the accessories that accompany the orders, since they are ready to be delivered to the diners.
The consommé could be improved simply by not reducing it with so much water.
