Es una excelente barbacoa, tripas, sangre y consomé
Preparan barbacoa de horno en tierra, si llegan temprano pueden ver el momento en que la sacan
Hay opción para llevar
Pero si deciden quedarse a comer en el lugar, las tortillas que les darán son recién hechas
Para nada es un restaurante formal
Se trata de un negocio familiar muy auténtico, sin pretenciones, si algún fin de semana pasan por el pueblo de xoclitlan todos santos deben probar esta barbacoa
