★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo personal no me gustaba la barbacoa, pero al probar la que preparan en este lugar quedé fascinada, está de rechupete, su consomé, la sangrita y obviamente la carne. La mejor barbacoa de la región, ya sea de res o de chivo.
 Personally, I did not like barbecue, but when I tried the one they prepare in this place I was fascinated, it is yummy, its consommé, the sangrita and obviously the meat. The best barbecue in the region, either beef or goat.

A pesar de que ya he probado la barbacoa de otros lados, me es imposible no pensar en ella al nombrar la palabra. Deliciosa cual sea la elección del momento: enchilada o blanca, de res, chivo o borrego, con consomé y/o sangrita (moronga, pancita o rellena; según la conozcan).
I have been a client for years, for me it is a must when I return to my State. Although I have already tried barbecue from other places, it is impossible for me not to think of it when naming the word.
