★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE PLACE to eat in Holbox.but not only for the tacos (with or without queso) but also for the consomé. Order both! For the anecdote, Barbacoa is cooked underground for hours that's what gives it the taste and softness.

They also gave us salsa and limes and the salsa WAS INCREDIBLEEEE. omg it was so spicy and added the perfect blast of flavors to everything!! Four tacos and a bowl of consome was $175! We left very full and satisfied! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good street food tacos, no vegetarian options but the guy agreed to make one only with cheese for me and that was pretty nice! Of course you need to ne flexible as my taco got fried together with the meat ones but I didn’t mind.

Great price, 4 tacos and a bowl of consommé cost 180 pesos (about 9 bucks).Top choice in Holbox, hands down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply a must visit when on Holbox. Everything is amazing, it is street food but it’s the best street food we’ve ever had. The consume is genius and our favourite was the meat and cheese tacos which seem to be fried in the consume also. Simply delicious and fun to watch them work.
The pricing is super low and they could definitely charge more for this quality of food. Seems to be super popular with locals too which is always a good sign.
Sit on the bench next to the stand with your food and enjoy!!
