Lo más exquisito es carne de pescuezo, montalayo y en especial la sangre de borrego, auténtica platillo regional en todo Hidalgo.

Costo por dos tacos, medio caldo y refresco $90. Vale la pena desviarse cuando vayan por la carretera Querétaro-México. Para aquellos que necesitan facturar, cuentan con ese servicio.
