★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pan de sal es sobresaliente, afortunada o desafortunadamente no he encontrado otro bolillo ni baguet de sabor y textura tan bueno, puede durar al menos un par de días con las mismas caracteristicas, el pan de dulce es otro cantar, se antoja pero al menos en mi opinión no es recomendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy fácil de ubicarlo. El producto que elaboran es muy aceptable por la comunidad aunque no es muy variado es limitado tal vez por el espacio que tienen para exponer el pan. El bolillo es un buen producto crujiente. Lo que no agrada es que como comprador es terrible escoger tu pan y sentir el calor que emanan de sus hornos le hace falta invertir en un sistema para que el calor sea desviado lejos de los consumidores. Por otro lado proteger el pan de las moscas
