Pero la informalidad y el desinterés de sus empleados han afectado negativamente el servicio que venían dando. Tenía programada una cita hoy a las 10:00 AM. El encargado llegó hasta las 10:47 AM y cuando le pregunte si el me iba a cortar el pelo. el encargado me respondió que el barbero no había llegado que lo esperará otros 15:00 minutos......¿Cómo ven? Ellos tienen los teléfonos de los clientes. ¿Era muy difícil mandar un mensaje o una llamada para postergar la cita? En cambio me tuvieron esperando afuera de su negocio 45 minutos. Es un lugar con 0 seriedad la persona que me atendió aparte que se comportó bastante grosero, no siguió ninguna indicación rotan mucho su personal nada recomendable. Mal corte, nada simétrico me dejó todo disparejo en fin antes era un buen lugar, perdió mucho su calidad. Aparte hasta se burlan pidiendo propina.
