★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in without an appointment and got Alicia for a WAY OVERDUE haircut. I started out with a haircut only but once she had worked her magic, my beard looked like a homeless guy's scruff. So I went all out and got a detailed cut, gentle head and neck massage(short but nice) and a shampoo. I feel great! Not cheap but well worth it..... I'll definitely go back! The shop is super clean and attentive to Covid protocols.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hip place and friendly enough staff but the menu says $350MX for a close head shave including "45-min hot and cold towels, use of a safety razor, and premium after shave products" and instead I received a 15-min not-so-close shave using an electric razor (pics included) and none of the the other advertised services. Would go again, it looks like a good place usually, but make sure you insist on asking for what is due - the guy in the chair next to me definitely was receiving premium service and was enjoying it! OK done, now I have to go shave again...
