★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El local se aprecia limpio y la decoración se ve bien. Tienen una mesa de billar para matar el tiempo mientras esperas. Lamentablemente tienen un mal servio. Uno no va a una barbería a jugar billar media hora o más, en lo que te atienden. Sobre todo, cuando te piden hacer cita, pero no respetan los horarios. Atienden a clientes que llegaron tarde a su cita, lo que es una terrible falta de respeto para los que llegaron puntuales. Pierden tiempo platicando con los clientes, que por lo visto son más frecuentes, y esto provoca retrasos. Los cortes son buenos, el costo está en el rango de lo normal, comparado con otros lugares. Pero no recomiendo el lugar, pues les hace falta seriedad en cuanto a respetar tiempos.
The place looks clean and the decoration looks good. They have a pool table to kill time while you wait. Unfortunately they have a bad service. One does not go to a barbershop to play billiards half an hour or more, as they tend to you. Especially when they ask you to make an appointment, but they do not respect the schedules. They serve clients who arrived late for their appointment, which is a terrible lack of respect for those who arrived on time. They waste time talking with customers, which apparently are more frequent, and this causes delays. The cuts are good, the cost is in the range of normal, compared to other places. But I do not recommend the place, because they lack seriousness in terms of respecting times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En cuanto la atención para la reservación de la cita es pésimo, no entiendo porque lo ofrecen pues eh solicitado reservación y cuando llego se tardan más de la cuenta o quieren re agendar, la última vez me dieron una hora cuando asistí resultó que no estaba anotado y muy amablemente me ofrecieron esperarme 1 hora y media. En cuanto a los cortes hay un barbero que trae expansiones es muy bueno cortando el cabello & hay otro delgado que también lo corta muy bien. El dueño a mi criterio no me gusta como lo corta.
En cuanto al precio siento que es justo, pero la atención al cliente es pésima.
As for the attention for the reservation of the appointment is terrible, I do not understand why they offer it because I have requested a reservation and when I arrive they take more than the account or want to reschedule, the last time they gave me an hour when I attended it turned out that it was not written down and they very kindly offered to wait for me 1 hour and a half. As for the cuts, there is a barber who brings expansions, he is very good at cutting hair & there is another thin one who also cuts it very well. The owner, in my opinion, I don't like how he cuts it.
As for the price, I feel that it is fair, but the customer service is lousy.
