★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anterior mente yo acudia muy seguido a esta sucursal de un tiempo para acá deje de asistir y siempre estaba muy satisfecho con el trabajo y atención por parte del personal, el día de ayer me di el tiempo para acudir nueva mente, y puedo decir que a cambiado mi expectativa se me atendió de una manera un tanto brusca y seca no se miraban ganas de atender y con malas ganas, en mi caso al momento de pararme el peine el chico que atendía no se molestó en humedecer el cabello, se me hizo poco grato que me jalaran el cabello de forma un tanto brusca al momento de pasar el peine ya que su servidor es de cabello quebrado y lo e dejado crecer, ya que lastima y no se tomaron la molestia de atomizar adecuadamente , jamás me había pasado esto y no tengo nada personal pero, después de esta experiencia no creo acudir más a esta sucursal ya que a mí parecer a decaído el servicio
 Previously, I went to this branch very often for a while, I stopped attending and was always very satisfied with the work and attention from the staff, yesterday I took the time to go again, and I can say that to changed my expectation I was attended to in a somewhat abrupt and dry way they did not look like attending and with bad desire, in my case when I stopped the comb the boy who attended did not bother to moisten my hair, it did little to me I am pleased that they pulled my hair somewhat abruptly at the time of passing the comb since their server has broken hair and I let it grow, since it hurts and they did not bother to spray properly, this had never happened to me and I don't have anything personal, but after this experience I don't think I will go to this branch anymore since the service seems to me to decline
