I came a few mins late due to mexico cities traffic and the worker st the barber shop, said that we are unable to do a haircut for being 8 mins late. We drove for a good 35 mins through traffic and are now having to head back to our hotel because of this. Thanks for wasting our time and especially money. Will not be coming back!!

My barber didn’t speak much English and I speak a decent amount of Spanish, but I showed her a picture and explained what I wanted. Communication is key and she made no attempt to stop and show me what she was doing or ask me any questions during the haircut.Language barriers don’t matter when you have a mirror and hand gestures. The fade was okay, but there was no attention to detail. She left my neckline not fully cleaned up ( small amount of hair was left), cut in to the edge of my hair by the temple without asking if I wanted a natural or a hard edge, didn’t ask if I wanted my neckline and sideburns tapered, barely used any scissor over comb technique to create a softer more natural look. The shave was less impressive than the haircut. It was rushed and was not relaxing at all. And the worst part was when she used an ANDIS foil machine to clean up any missed spots!!!! I almost died inside when she used it!She didn’t want to do a second round of shaving cream to clean up any missed areas, which is standard procedure for a wet shave. When I went back to the hotel I had to shave the missed areas myself. She wasn’t a horrible barber just lazy. Also, if she doesn’t speak much English, which is fine, why don’t the other English speaking barbers who don’t have customers help out with communication? Furthermore, I purchased the most expensive package they offer which has an estimated time of 90 minutes on the website... I was done and out of the shop in an hour. Being a huge fan of barber shops and the art of cutting hair I was disappointed with the effort and results.

Rodolfo gave me a perfect haircut yesterday. I will definitely be back in about a month.

Been searching for years a great spot for having a haircut in Mexico City and finally found it. The service is great, haircuts quality are unique, such a worthy service. The barbers do a great work, however, Rodolfo offers a guaranteed haircut. The only "negative" aspect is the spot's size: it's very small, but it doesn't interfere during the haircut. ***Scheduling an appointment is the only way I have been attended, even though you can have a service as a walkin if you are lucky and their schedule is available***

Had an excellent experience. My barber (Rodolfo) paid a lot of attention to detail producing a skin fade I was very happy with. Booking through the website was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend.
