 Horrible attention, more than half an hour waiting and only one person attending...why make an appointment?...no wonder you're always alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenía buena experiencia en esa barbería, sin embargo ha bajado mucho su calidad. La persona que me estaba cortando el cabello lo estaba haciendo de mala gana y hablando por teléfono con su pareja. Quedó todo mal el corte, no le puso empeño, está mal alineado, todo por estar distraído en su celular. Ni pensar en la atención, nada de servicio, parecía que le apuraba más terminar el corte y no hacer nada, se molestan por trabajar.
I had good experience in that barbershop, however its quality has dropped a lot. The person who was cutting my hair was doing it reluctantly and on the phone with their partner. The cut was all wrong, he did not put effort, he is misaligned, all because he was distracted on his cell phone. Not even thinking about the attention, no service, it seemed that he was in a hurry to finish the cut and do nothing, they bother to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First visit yesterday and I was impressed. I searched through the web for the best option. I've had plenty of bad experiences in the past so I didn't want to get burned...again. When going through this barbershop's reviews, I noticed the establishment replied to all reviews and followed up with customers. That got me sold, taking time to reply, that shows genuine interest in customer service. Anyway, I made a reservation and got a warm welcome when I arrived. Really clean place. Eduardo, the barber who cut my hair, knew what he was doing. He asked how I want it it, I said long, since it was already longish. He just looked at me and said you need this and this and this; your hair is this way so I suggest styling it this way and keep it long. Definitely my barbershop from here on now.
