Llego en punto de mi cita y me sientan a esperar a que se desocupe la estilista que esta haciendo un corte de cabello. Espero razonables 20 minutos y observo que ahora terminando el corte se sigue con barba con el usuario en turno. Cuestiono a la recepcionista que paso con mi cita de las 4 pm y dice "es que el cliente decidió a la mera hora que también quiere barba". Pido que opciones me dan y dicen que me darían a mitad de precio mi servicio, si espero. Que si gusto esperar... Como ven esto es el COLMO de la falta de profesionalismo. NO RESPETAN CITAS. Obviamente me retire y NO PIENSO VOLVER. O viendo desde un ángulo mas corriente: vayan sin cita pidan el servicio que quieran y al termino decidan que les hagan otras cosas y NO SE PREOCUPEN, que los que tengan cita se AMUELAN y SE ESPERAN o SE VAN. Este es un típico lugar administrado al más puro ESTILO DEL BORRAS. Por cierto la estilista Adriana no pidió disculpas, nunca dio la cara, dejo el problema en manos de la recepcionista.
