★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, yo era cliente y se cómo se manejan por cita con una tolerancia de 5 minutos a excepción del domingo, acudí a la sucursal en día domingo por qué no pude ir en sábado y se supone que atienden cómo van llegando, bueno primero me dijeron que tenían una cita al 20 para las 5 pero que si no llegaba podía pasar, tardaron y al 10 para las 5 me iban a pasar y en eso llegó su cita, cuando se supone que no hay citas en domingo y ya había pasado la tolerancia.... No se los demás clientes pero yo siempre respeto sus políticas y me parece una falta de respeto que le.dieran preferencia tuve que buscar otro lugar
Terrible service, I was a customer and I know how they handle by appointment with a tolerance of 5 minutes except for Sunday, I went to the branch on Sunday because I could not go on Saturday and they are supposed to attend to how they arrive, well first I They said they had an appointment at 20 for 5 but that if I did not arrive I could come in, they took a long time and at 10 for 5 they would pass me and that was their appointment, when there are supposed to be no appointments on Sunday and the tolerance .... I don't know about the other customers but I always respect their policies and it seems to me a lack of respect that they gave them preference I had to look for another place
