Al llegar me comentó la “recepcionista” que no tenían mi reservación y que no hacen reservaciones para ese día.... y que no tenían nada para mi. Al preguntarle quién tomó mi reservación fue a preguntar a sus compañeras y regreso diciendo que si habían recibido mi llamada pero que no hay reservaciones... cosa que nadie mi dije nunca y aceptaron mi cita....muy mal, pésimo servicio!
Llevaba más de 3 año iendo a esta barbería, y por actitud y mala comunicación de ellas! Bye....

Upon arrival, the “receptionist” told me that they didn't have my reservation and that they don't make reservations for that day… and that they didn't have anything for me. When asked who took my reservation, he went to ask his companions and returned saying that if they had received my call but that there are no reservations ... something that nobody ever said and accepted my appointment ... very bad, lousy service!
I had been going to this barber shop for more than 3 years, and because of their attitude and bad communication! Bye ....
