★ ★ ★ ★ ★ deberian capacitar mejor a sus guardias ya que son el primer filtro antes de comunicarse con los administrativos creo que eso de que te mal contesten, dejen el telefono a un lado y que te digan estoy ocupado tengo cosas que hacer no es una buena manera de contestarle a un cliente. y me gustaria hacer un reporte en persona
