Elena Garcia and Dani Lopez in the restaurant Agave in the Riviera were just fantastic. They were attentive, very social, taught us how to hold two forks and serve bread (that was fun) and provided expert advice about the menu. It was a beautiful evening and made very special by two beautiful servers. My wife absolutely loved Elena’s attention to detail and commented on her beautiful hair. Thank you for a wonderful last night in Mexico. What an incredible trip.

We had a great trip with one of our couple friends. The rooms were beautiful and the pools were spacious and clean. The food was really good at all of the restaurants and we really enjoyed trying the options at the attached resorts. The only downside is there are no sit down options for breakfast or lunch. It’s only buffets until dinner time. They also have pretty limited beverage service at the pool/beach (likely due to staffing issues like the rest of the world). The employees we engaged with were kind and helpful. Just a heads up- the beach is nice, but it is clearly a man made beach on our side. There is a thin layer of sand and then it’s super rocky. That is super apparent once you go in the ocean. Overall, we had a great trip and loved being there, but I don’t feel compelled to go back again.

We went out for dinner to a Mexican restaurant Agave tonight and were really pleased with the service. We were served by Efren and Mauricio. They were so polite, friendly and caring. They knew what they were doing. They made a few suggestions on the menu, and we were very pleased with our service. Keep it up guys. Workers like you two make our stay so much more fun! Thank you!

This hotel was beautiful, the staff was friendly, the food was great and it was everything we hoped for in an all inclusive resort! The only reason I am giving it 4 stars and not 5 is because I felt that there could have been better communication up front about everything. This was our first time at an all inclusive so we didn’t know how to find out about all the events going on at our hotel and the other hotels. We spent a lot of time talking to guest services about dinner reservations and events and I felt like there could have been a better process for that. Like an online booking system for dinner and a welcome packet with all events for all hotels. We also went during a week when there was a huge conference going on so probably about 1,000 people were there staying at various hotels for this conference. This made it so the bus took forever to get to our hotel and it was PACKED full with people. Once that conference was over the bus went back to being quick and not crowded but it’s something to be mindful of if you do go during a time where there is a large group booked. Overall we had a great stay and will likely come back to this resort! If you can book a premium room do it! The views were absolutely breathtaking. Definitely book this hotel!

Gabriel our bartender that was stationed at the bar between Agave and Sapporo, was seriously the best! He handled our party of 16+ no problem. His drinks were not only consistent, but delicious! He knew every drink we were calling to him, always was professional, and was never behind. I personally was ordering espresso martinis, and every time I got one, they were just as tasty as the last. His English was also superb, so for someone who doesn’t know how to speak Spanish, it was very easy to order and communicate with him. Again highly recommend seeing Gabriel for any drink you might want!

Went to dine at the Agave restaurant, tried the Taco Bar and it was all amazing!!! Was helped by Santiago who provided us with amazing service. Also by David Santos made sure we enjoyed ourselves and had a good time. The cook Juan did such an amazing job with the food. He was so fast with everything and paid attention to detail. All in all recommend coming to dine here. Such a great experience.

Great resort. Beautiful and mostly friendly staff. We only did 4 stars due to reaching guest services from the room when we needed things and the buffet food is very hit or miss. Other than that its a beautiful place where we spent out honeymoon. -Julio Rodriguez at the bar(inside) was amazing! Get your drinks from him. -Milly in the premium lounge had excellent service. WE LOVE JULIO!!!

If you are late a bit because of whatever for your reservation in restaurant, they make you wait at least 15 min or more. Happened many times, my wife had to wait for me to get seated, just because everyone has to be seated at the same time, what kinda policy is that? So all the restaurant, feed and service experience is ruin your vacation! Is it really 5 star? It’s not even 3 and service is one. Addressed this issue to the restaurant manager, she didn’t care. Apparently the hotel doesn’t care on making repeated customers. The restaurants are so limited on what you can order, can’t order 2 appetizers out of 5 different type of options of total of 30 appetizers, only one main, always staying hungry. Whats a point of all inclusive and paying over $3k for the hotel alone when they limit you on food? Also super annoying with masks at the restaurants willing to call security, then what kick you out after paying so much for the stay? Staff needs a lot of work on how to provide good service, sometimes are quite rude. Was first and last time here! The view is good, rooms are good, at least for the premium option.
