Cuando fui a recoger el vestido "antes de mi boda" lo ensuciaron, no me comentaron que la mantilla no traía peineta o como sujetarlo NO LO PUDE USAR NINGUNO DE LOS DOS QUE ADQUIRI, y hoy que lo resivi de servicio de limpieza la señorita lo ensucio una vez mas. Todo esto me genera una desagradable experiencia por el trato que le dan a los vestido y la poca delicadeza para orientarte en relacion a los accesorios.
The dresses are beautiful, however the experience that leaves me is not good. When I went to pick up the dress "before my wedding" they dirty it, they didn't tell me that the mantilla didn't have a comb or how to hold it. dirty one more time. All this generates an unpleasant experience for me due to the treatment they give to the dress and the lack of delicacy to guide you in relation to the accessories.
