Cuidado con esta agencia, sacan promociones, te cotizan, te dicen que para “amarrar” la promoción pagues de contado y que tus pases de abordar te los darán 1 mes antes de vuelo
PERO ES MENTIRA
El dueño Carlos Iván Fuentes Rodriguez me cotizó 4 paquetes a Cancún, liquidé al 100% en septiembre para viajar en marzo
Pero nunca me envío los pases de abordar, ni documentos para mi viaje
En diciembre canceló su página oficial en la web
En enero dejó de publicar cosas en sus páginas de Facebook
En febrero se desapareció del mapa y me bloqueo de su celular
Su secretaria me dijo que habíamos sido vivísimas de un fraude!! Que nos devolverían el dinero, pero todo fue mentira
Han pasado meses desde que debimos de viajar, y NADA de viaje y NADA de dinero
Sin embargo este negocio sigue vendiendo paquetes. OJO!!!!
 THEY ARE A SCAM !!!
Be careful with this agency, they take out promotions, they quote you, they tell you that to "tie up" the promotion you pay in cash and that your boarding passes will be given to you 1 month before the flight
BUT IT'S A LIE
The owner Carlos Iván Fuentes Rodriguez quoted me 4 packages to Cancun, I paid 100% in September to travel in March
But he never sent me boarding passes or documents for my trip
In December it canceled its official page on the web
In January he stopped posting things on his Facebook pages
In February he disappeared from the map and I blocked his cell phone
His secretary told me that we had been very alive from a fraud !! That they would return our money, but it was all a lie
It's been months since we should have traveled, and NO travel and NO money
However this business continues to sell packages. EYE!!!!
