★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parece que pides un favor al hacer una cita, muy mala atención de la persona que maneja las citas, poco interés por el cliente. Me hicieron ir y no me atendieron, no valoran el tiempo de los clientes. Además me mandan un WhatsApp diciendo que no soy un cliente para ellos son unos groseros.
You seem to be asking for a favor when making an appointment, very poor attention from the person handling the appointments, little interest in the client. They made me go and they didn't take care of me, they don't value the clients' time. They also send me a WhatsApp saying that I am not a customer for them they are rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quizá solo saben poner vacunas y bañar perros, no sirven para nada más. Mi mascota se hubiera muerto si no me hubiera cambiado de veterinaria. Nunca supieron que tenía, tire a la basura muchísimo dinero en estudios y medicina y ninguna mejoría. Al final cambié de veterinaria y fue así como mejoró inmediatamente.
Fui bastantes veces para que se recuperara y puedo decir que realmente no saben de medicina veterinaria, no sabían desde el momento en que llegué y no lo sabían después de las 10 veces que me hicieron ir por “tratamientos”.
De verdad que nuestras mascotas no se merecen un trato mediocre.
Perhaps they only know how to give vaccines and bathe dogs, they are useless for anything else. My pet would have died if I hadn't changed my vet. They never knew what I had, I threw away a lot of money in studies and medicine and no improvement. In the end I changed vets and that's how she got better immediately.
I went quite a few times for her to recover and I can say that they really don't know about veterinary medicine, they didn't know from the moment I arrived and they didn't know after the 10 times they made me go for “treatments”.
Truly, our pets do not deserve mediocre treatment.
