★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for a week last month and was good and this month I stayed for a night across the street and today on the day of my flight. I ask the front this here to call me a taxi and she refused, saying that I don’t stay here and won’t call me taxi ?... so I was stuck dragging my luggage up the hill and this is the most steep hill of your life. The woman working the front desk here should be fired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The atmosphere is nice and is air-conditioned but too many bugs in the rooms and I got really sick after eating their food. Had to go to the hospital.
Also the wifi kept kicking me off randomly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't stay at hotel but ate in restaurant several times. Service and staff very good but food only average. Fish and shrimp way over cooked suspect frozen. Very disappointing for a popular beach town where seafood is readily available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has to be one of the best stays we have had in Mexico. The hotel and grounds are peaceful and beautiful. The food is superb. Everything is run so well and you can not ask for a better team of staff. Five star! Hard to leave

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a nice, clean and quiet hotel. 10 min walk to main beach and handcraft Market "Adoquin" where you can find restaurants, souvenirs and tour agencies, also supermarket chedraui is near there. A 25 min walk to the beautiful beach Playa Carrizalillo or 5 min taxi. I loved the AC and comfortable beds at this hotel situated between local houses. GPS founded hard to get there, but there is a street with a signal, you can also ask the locals to get there. Staff is very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are just finishing a 3 week stay at Hotel Barlovento and have loved our stay here. Our room was perfect for what we needed and its an ideal location, everything is an easy walk away. What made a huge difference is the team here. Friendly, kind and welcoming. They are clearly professional and look after their property excellently.
Would recommend and very much return here in the future.
