★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En múltiples ocasiones solicite agendar a las 615 pm ya que salgo del trabajo 6 en punto, y no se mostraban empáticas, me indicaron en 3 ocasiones que si podría llegar a las 6 en punto, y por más que les explicaba que tengo que “checar salida” a las 6 pues que no me era posible llegar a las 6 en punto, ahora pienso que hubiera preferido que indicaran que NO se puede recibir a nadie a esa hora. El día que tenia agendado mi servicio llegué 7 min tarde 6:22, y entiendo Perfecto que ya no se pueda hacer todo el servicio que se había agendado originalmente… sin embargo cuando comenté a manera de platica con la chica que me atendió que ellas tmb deberían de responder de manera diferente a qué no estén presionando que se llegue antes (reitero, mejor que indiquen que a esa hora ya no se recibe a nadie), y me contestó que las “Multaban”, cosa que al indicar el comentario al chat del salón, la dueña en un tono “regañón” me indicó que era por indicación de ella, no por que las multaran.
Pienso que es válido, aceptable y respetable el horario de servicio que cada local estipule, pero considero necesario y una responsabilidad que capaciten a su personal en temas de servicio que no parezca que No escuchan a sus clientas y que las corretean, siendo mejor opción negar el servicio.

También cuentan con servicio para cabello... tratamientos, cortes hombre y mujer, tintes, peinados. Depilación del cuerpo, pedicure, faciales, masajes, todo lo que quieras para consentirte. Llevo 3 años siendo cliente del lugar. Siempre hay buena atención, buen servicio y sobre todo calidad. Para estacionarse, hay calles aledañas para dejar seguro el auto. Tiene mesitas afuera para esperar por si llevas acompañante. Hay higiene y limpieza en el lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ realmente para ser mi primera vez no quede nada a gusto con la chica que me atendió, realmente es con pura cita para que te atiendan bien y bonito a pesar de que fue desde la apertura , solo me pudieron colocar uñas naturales acrílicas sin diseño ni nada , la chica que me atendió no me desinfecto la uña al limar ni después solo limo y empezó a colocar el acrílico y estaba mas interesada en ver su película y al finalizar solo me mando a lavar las manos en cambio a la chica que llego después de mi aunque fue gelish la atención fue diferente y hasta exfoliación de manos le dieron y el enfoque de la colocación el proceso y la atención totalmente diferente(además de ser cliente frecuente) lo único rescatable es su programa de que en el 6ª servicio te descuentan 100 pesos
