★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre un horno que me fallo al segundo dia de usarlo... fueron a “repararlo” a los 3 meses sale volando el ventilador del horno... van y lo reparan. Otra vez a los 6 meses falla. Y lo que molesta es que siempre tienen un pretexto, segun ellos es un caso extraño nunca les había pasado... mi horno es el que esta mal... y mi garantía? Osea lo voy a tener que estar reparando a cada rato y viendo haber si su técnico tiene tiempo para repararlo mientras yo paro mi producción?

I bought a furnace that failed me the second day of using it ... they went to "repair it" after 3 months the oven fan flies ... they go and repair it. Again at 6 months it fails. And what bothers me is that they always have a pretext, according to them it is a strange case never happened to them ... my oven is the one that is wrong ... and my guarantee? I mean, will I have to be repairing at all times and seeing if your technician has time to repair it while I stop my production?
