Un buen punto para empezar la calistenia (barra), ya que la banda es muy relax y no te ven con ojos de novato, puedes empezar desde el nivel que quieras y me parece que hay un chaval que la hace de instructor y te va orientando poco a poco hasta lograr tus objetivos
