★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not trust this company for any real estate transactions! We did and have lost many 1,000s of dollars. Pepe Padilla doctored a deed and registered a transaction at far less than the actual price. We now wish to sell the property but are facing massive capital gains taxes even though we are trying to sell for our inititial purchase price. This is a scam that benefits the seller but will cost the buyer if they ever try to sell. Do not trust this company!
