A veces no alcanzo a ir por ocupaciones personales, pero siempre intento hacerle el espacio para llevarme de su presencia. Además, me encanta la variedad de prácticas que tienen en el estudio y tantas opciones de horarios para hacerlo más fácil de incluir en mi rutina.
I love practicing with Ana. She is wonderful and it is always great to have her energy to start my day. Sometimes I can't get to go for personal occupations, but I always try to make the space to take me away from his presence. Also, I love the variety of practices they have in the studio and so many scheduling options to make it easy to fit into my routine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warm and welcoming Yoga studio, you feel calm as soon as you walk in. Wonderful yoga teacher with different styles and levels of practice to offer. We really needed this in the Marina area. I hope more people will discover this little gem of a yoga studio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been attending Ana’s yoga classes several times a week for the past 3 months. Ana is an excellent instructor who is kind, welcoming, and very knowledgeable.
I especially enjoy the restorative yoga class with sound therapy. The poses are gentle and the sounds and vibrations from the singing bowls are soothing. My mind and body were in a total state of relaxation. I left the class feeling rejuvenated and ready to face the day! Ana provides wonderful meditation experiences; I highly recommend her.
